It was attempted to open the tool gripper in the program, but there is still a tool in the gripper. Tool gripper cannot be opened automatically. 1. Check why there is a tool in the tool gripper, although none should be there. 2. Check the place allocation in the tool management. 3. Check sensor and PLC input signal "No tool in the tool gripper". 4. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared. The diagnostic overview of the sensor signals can be found under: Chapter 2.2 ‘Tool changer diagnostics menu’ on page 11
