The float switch in the vacuum chamber signals "Maximum" (signal status = 0). The switch is evaluated after a delay time (T80). The switch turned on and off 4x within a monitoring time of (T81). The PLC input signal "Coolant level vacuum chamber MAX." is not present. Feed Stop and Spindle Stop after end of program The 1st coolant pump, the 2nd coolant pump, bed rinsing and the seal water pump are switched off. 1. Check coolant level. 2. Check the float switch "Coolant level vacuum chamber MAX" and the PLC input signal. 3. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared.
