Code 701750: Tool pocket occupied 1

The tool magazine should travel to the spindle, but there is already a tool at the magazine place. (This situation normally only occurs if previously a serious operating fault of the tool changer has taken place). A tool was deposited at the wrong place while the magazine was being loaded. An incorrect spindle tool was defined. PLC input signal “magazine place free“ is not present. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. If the sensor signals are correct within a monitoring period, the program run is continued. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. 1. Check whether there is a tool at the transfer place. If there is no tool at the transfer place, the PLC input signal "magazine place free" must be checked. The spindle tool and the tool in the magazine must be checked if there is a tool at the transfer place. Remove the tools and insert correctly if necessary. NOTICE! Care must be taken here that the tools are deposited in the correct magazine place. 2. Once the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] key. Message is cleared.
