Official Troubleshooting Steps
It was attempted to unload a tool from the magazine to the tool gate, but the place in the tool gate is occupied. PLC input signal "Tool is in the tool gate" is registered. Tool unloading is not started. 1. Cancel the operation with "Reset". Press the [Stop/Start (Reset)] key for longer than 3 seconds. 2. Empty the tool gate: Remove the tool from the tool gate. Remove data from tool management WART2. 3. Restart the unloading operation. 4. Check PLC input signal "Tool in the tool gate".
