Official Troubleshooting Steps
After a malfunction on the tool revolver or a collision, the slip clutch was triggered. PLC input signal "Tool revolver slip clutch engaged" is not registered. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. "Spindle Stop" Tool spindle is stopped. Speed no longer possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. 1. Press the [Control OFF] key. 2. Turn the tool revolver by hand until the slip clutch is engaged again. PLC input signal "Tool revolver slip clutch engaged" has the signal state (1). 3. Once the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] key Press. Message is cleared. In addition, the follow-up message Check tool revolver reference point (sensor=1 == place 1) is output.
