代码 702341: 5th axis not locked

Function "Clamp 5th axis clamping" was output, but the axis clamping is not yet clamped or signals that it is still unclamped. PLC input signal "5th axis clamping clamped" is not registered, or "5th axis clamping unclamped" is still registered. Read disable Feed Stop If the signals return to a correct state within a time window, the program run is continued. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. 1. Check the PLC input signal "5th axis clamping clamped". 2. Check the PLC input signal "5th axis clamping unclamped". 3. Check the PLC output signal "Clamp 5th axis clamping". 4. Check pressure sensors and valves. Error messages Axes (>Z) 5th axis not locked 5. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] [RESET] Message is cleared. Error messages 600509 and 600609 were allocated to 702333 and 702341 starting in 01/2006. In the case of old SW versions, however, these are still displayed.
