A movement command has been output for the 5th axis but the counterbearing of the corresponding axis is not yet released and still registers locked. The corresponding PLC input signal "5th axis counterbearing clamped" is still registered. Feed Stop Read disable If the signal is OK again within a certain monitoring time, the machine continues to run again immediately. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. 1. Check pressure switch "5th axis counterbearing clamped". 2. Check the PLC input signal "5th axis counterbearing clamped". 3. Check the PLC output signal "Clamp 5th axis counterbearing clamping". 4. Check valve "Clamp 5th axis counterbearing". 5. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START] key. Message is cleared.
