The "Tool clamping hydraulics system pressure“ PLC input signal was registered for longer than 15 seconds. Feed Stop and Spindle Stop Unit is switched off. Error messages Hydraulic system System pressure, tool clamping hydraulics, missing (running time monitoring) 1. Check the system pressure on the tool clamping hydraulics unit (there might be leaks). 2. Check the "Tool clamping hydraulics system pressure" sensor and the PLC input signal. 3. Check the PLC output signal and the actuation of the tool clamping hydraulics motor. 4. Turn off the control with the key [Control OFF]. 5. Turn on the control with the key [Control ON]. Message is cleared. The unit starts again.
