If the sensor signals correctly again within a certain monitoring time, the machine continues to run again immediately. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. 1. Check sensor "Amplification motor, main spindle, engaged" and the associated PLC input signals. 2. Check the value of the current of the analogue sensor. 3. Check actuation and the valve "Engage amplification motor, main spindle". 4. Check spindle positioning of the main spindle and the amplification motor. If they do not agree, it could be that the coupling is stuck. 5. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START]: Message is cleared.
