Code ARC-136: Cannot pulse t1=%d > t2=%d

Issue Description & Safety Warning

The Fanuc R-30i Series Robot Controller has triggered a critical Cannot pulse t1=%d > t2=%d alarm. Immediate attention from a qualified operator or maintenance technician is required to prevent secondary damage to the equipment or spoiled parts during the manufacturing cycle. Always ensure standard safety and LOTO procedures are followed before accessing electrical cabinets.

Official Troubleshooting Steps

Cause: Low Frequency Pulse Welding cannot continue because the delay to communicate between the robot and the welder (t1) is longer than the pulse command update cycle time (t2). This may occur with Low Frequency Pulse Welding. Remedy: Normally, this appears just before ARC-133. If ARC-133 is also posted just after this alarm, there is no need to remedy. Please resume the program. If ARC-133 is not posted just after this alarm, please contact to your local FANUC representative.
