Cause: An unexpected internal File System error has occurred. This alarm should occur very rarely. The number after the error text indicates: 100 -- Unexpected block number encountered, use a check disk 101 -- Unexpected cluster encountered, use a check disk 102 -- A specified path that must be a directory was not. 103 -- Unexpected condition, use a check disk 110 -- Out of directory object structures 111 -- Out of directory and scratch blocks 4.ERROR CODES B-83124EN-6/02 Remedy: Retry the operation. If the alarm consistently occurs then manually check that the files were read, written, etc. Using a personal computer check the media with a Check Disk or Error-checking tool. If reporting the alarm to your local FANUC representative, be sure to include the number that is provided.
