Cause: Magnetic Phase Detection (MPDT) process time is up. Probable cause: 1. The axis fell down because of gravity during performing of MPDT. 2. Other alarms occurred during performing of MPDT. Remedy: 1. MPDT cannot be applied for gravity axis. If possible, change the posture. 2. Remove the reason of other alarm which occurred at the same time.
