Code SVGN-016: Specified pressure too low

The Fanuc R-30i Series Robot Controller has triggered a critical Specified pressure too low alarm. Immediate attention from a qualified operator or maintenance technician is required to prevent secondary damage to the equipment or spoiled parts during the manufacturing cycle. Always ensure standard safety and LOTO procedures are followed before accessing electrical cabinets.
Official Troubleshooting Steps
Cause: The pressure specified in the pressure schedule or pressure instruction is lower than the lowest reachable pressure on the calibration curve. Remedy: Increase the Weld Pressure, set weld pressure = 0, or recalibrate pressure. Note 1: when weld pressure = 0, the minimum possible pressure (actual tip force may not be 0) is used. SVGN-016 will not be posted even if the calibration curve does not contain a point where weld pressure = 0. Note 2: add a calibration point at or below the specified pressure to ensure the gun can achieve the low pressure. Note 3: reducing the contact speed might make it possible to achieve lower pressures.
