公式トラブルシューティング手順
Cause: The pressure specified in the pressure schedule or pressure instruction is lower than the lowest reachable pressure on the calibration curve. Remedy: Increase the Weld Pressure, set weld pressure = 0, or recalibrate pressure. Note 1: when weld pressure = 0, the minimum possible pressure (actual tip force may not be 0) is used. SVGN-016 will not be posted even if the calibration curve does not contain a point where weld pressure = 0. Note 2: add a calibration point at or below the specified pressure to ensure the gun can achieve the low pressure. Note 3: reducing the contact speed might make it possible to achieve lower pressures.
