[Cause of error] The data in the specified compensation table could not be read. [Error correction] - Check the configuration table (*.cma) - Check the compensation table (*.com) The table can contain up to 1024 compensation points (lines). The AXISPOS column of the first and last line must show the beginning and end of the compensation range with respect to the machine datum. The compensation points between them are calculated internally by the control and do not need to be specified. If you enter optional position values in the AXISPOS column they must have equal spacing. If required, in the BACKLASH column enter compensation values that are measured in negative traverse direction.
