Parameters: %1 = Channel number %2 = Toolholder number (spindle number) %3 = Tool identifier Definitions: Indicates that the specified manual tool must be removed from the specified toolholder or spindle before the program is continued. A manual tool is a tool whose data are known to the NCK but which is not assigned to a magazine location and is thus not fully accessible to the NCK, and usually also to the machine, for an automatic tool change. Reaction: Alarm display. Remedy: Make sure that the specified tool is removed fr om the toolholder. The alarm is cleared automatically after PLC acknowledgement of the tool change on co mmand.
