If at least one monitoring function is active, then after the parameterized timer has expired, the message C30701 "SI Motion: STOP B initiated" is out put. The message is output with message value 1031 when the Sensor Module hardware is replaced. Too many signal changes have occurred at safety-relevant inputs. 1001: Initialization error of watchdog timer. 1005: Pulses already suppressed for test stop selection. 1011: Acceptance test status between the monitoring channels differ. 1012: Plausibility violation of the actual value from the encoder. 1020: Cyc. communication failure between the monit. cycles. 1021: Cyc. communication failure betw een the monit. channel and Sensor Module. 1023: Error during the effectivity test in the Sensor Module. 1030: Encoder fault detected from another monitoring channel. 1031: Data transfer error between the monitoring channel and the Sensor Module. 5000... 5140: PROFIsafe message values. Re message value = 1031: When replacing a Sensor Module, carry out the following steps: - start the copy function for the node id entifier on the drive (p9700 = 1D hex). - acknowledge the hardware CRC on the drive (p9701 = EC hex). - save all parameters (p0977 = 1). - carry out a POWER ON (power off/on) for all components.
