Official Troubleshooting Steps
Parameters: %1 = Axis number %2 = MD identifier %3 = Machine data index Definitions: Encoder parameterization of the encoder read out by the drive for the SI monitoring functions does not match NCK parameterization in the disp layed MD. The relevant NCK MD has been adjusted. Reaction: Mode group not ready. Channel not ready. NC Start disable in this channel. Interface signals are set. Alarm display. NC Stop on alarm. In addition, a Stop F is triggered that may caus e follow-up alarm 27001 with error code 0 as well as alarms 27023 and 27024. Alarm 27001 with error code 0 c an be avoided by alarm reduction ($MA_SAFE_ALARM_SUPPRESS_LEVEL higher or equal to 1). Remedy: Continue the start-up operation; correct the checksums. Program Continuation: Switch control OFF - ON.
