Descripción del problema y advertencia de seguridad
El Siemens SINUMERIK 840D CNC ha desencadenado una alarma crítica F_DP: Current cycle time %1 [ms] > parameterized cycle time. Parameters: %1 = Current F_DP communication cycle time Definitions: The current F_DP communication cycle time is greater than the value set via MD $MN_SAFE_SRDP_IPO_TIME_RATIO. The parameteriz ed communication cycle ti me is continually exceeded on the PLC side. Reaction: Mode group not ready. NC Start disable in this channel. Interface signals are set. Alarm display. NC Stop on alarm. Trigger a STOP D/E (settable via MD $MN_SPL_STO P_MODE) on all axes with safety functionality. Remedy: Adapt cycle time via MD $MN_SAFE_SRDP_IPO_TIME_RATIO. At least the value displayed in parameter %1 has to be set. The set cycle time affects the runtime load of the PL C module. This also has to be taken into consideration when making the setting.
