PLC machine parameter 14510[0] Bit 0 = 1 (with probe), but the probe is not present or signals not plugged in. PLC – MD 14510[0] Bit 0 = 0 (without probe), but the probe is still present or signals still plugged in. PLC – MD 14510[0] Bit 0 = 1 (with probe) is set, but in PLC machine parameter 14510[17], no correct tool place was entered for the probe. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. 1. Check the input "Probe plugged in" or PLC machine parameter 14510[0] Bit 0. 2. Once the malfunction has been eliminated, switch off the control with the [Control OFF] key 3. Press key [Control ON] Message is cleared. Enter the tool place where the probe is located in the PLC machine parameter 14510[17]. a) Permissible combinations: PLC-MD 14510[0]#0 = 0 and input "Probe plugged in" = 0 PLC-MD 14510[0]#0 = 1 and input "Probe plugged in" = 1 b) Monitoring for this occurs as soon as: 2.) Input is [0]. Cause 1: Cause 2: Remedy 1 Remedy 2 Note 1 Note 2 3.) Input is greater than the number of tool places.
