Warning limit of a maintenance cycle has been reached. Machine maintenance is required. In the diagnostics menu Maintenance cycles, it is shown what maintenance is required. The message is displayed immediately, but the machining program still continues until the program end. Renewed Acknowledgement or machine Start remain blocked. (Restricted operation is still possible. See note) Optional: The „red“ signal indication flashes (1HZ); The "white" signal indication continues to blink. (Cycle: ON = 0.4 sec / pause = 2 sec) These displays are retained until "Confirmation of maintenance" or "Maintenance delay". 1. In the diagnostics menu Maintenance cycles, check which maintenance is required. The "hours display" of the pending maintenance cycle is shown inverted. 2. The required maintenance should be carried out and confirmed now, as the machine can no longer be used after the production stop limit is reached. 3. The procedure for maintenance acknowledgement is explained in chapter: Confirm maintenance 4. After confirming the maintenance, press the following key: [FEED START] Message is cleared. In order not to significantly influence the current production, the operator has the option of acknowledging the message for another machining time of 2 hours. To do this, press the following key: [FEED START] The red signal indicator goes out again after acknowledgement. The operating message and white signal indicator remain active. This is possible until the maintenance cycle production stop limit is reached. It is now up to the operator to decide when he will carry out the maintenance (such as at the end of the shift). The machine comes to an ultimate standstill if the maintenance has not been carried out by this time.
