An error occurred with the tool identification system when reading/ writing data from the code carrier. Code carrier is not present. Code carrier is not correctly in its working position. The Profibus module has a malfunction. Operation is aborted. Read-in stop on channel 2 (loader). Error messages Tool identification Tool ID system: Code carrier not available 1. Check whether there is a correct code carrier in the tool. Check the position of the positioning cylinder, tool identification system, working position. Example: Distance and alignment of the write/read head with respect to the code carrier. Check Profibus module for the tool identification system. 2. Once the malfunction has been remedied, press [RESET] key Message is cleared.
