Code 701932: Tool ID system: Data read/write error

An error occurred with the tool identification system when reading/ writing the code carrier. Operation is aborted. Read-in stop on channel 2 (loader). 1. Display error identification number about the cause in the PLC status DB256.DBW218 [H]. See the following table. 2. Once the malfunction has been remedied, press [RESET] key Message is cleared. Identifier Error 00 No error 01 Reading/writing not possible. No code carrier near the write/read head. 02 Error during reading. 03 Code carrier was removed from the area around the write/read head during reading. Identifier Error 04 Error during writing. 05 Code carrier was removed from the area around the write/read head during writing. 06 Memory access error. 07 AV bit is set, but command identifier is missing or is invalid or: Number of bytes is 00 09 Cable breakage in write/read head or head not connected. 0F Content of the 1st and 2nd bit string are not equal. 12 Invalid job 13 Data transmission disturbed - Check the distance from the write/read head to the code carrier. 18 Monitoring time expired.
