代码 700129: Warning! Tool in spindle

The function "Swivel workpiece changer" was programmed, but there is a long tool in the spindle. While the workpiece changer is swivelling, there is a danger of collision with long tools. The tool length (L1) of the spindle tool is monitored. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. Desired function is not executed. 1. Switch to "Manual mode". 2. Press [RESET] key. 3. The corresponding tool must be changed out of the spindle and either a shorter tool has to be changed in or T0. The machine has been moved in the area of the centre divider, or this is desired, but the conditions for a change of work area are not fulfilled. Messages "Movement command (+) or (-) direction blocked" appear simultaneously. Cause 1: Cause 2: Feed Stop 1. Switch to "Manual mode". 2. Move the machine into one of the work areas and meet the conditions. 3. Check the machining program. If the X-axis reaches the area in which both cams overlap (centre guard area), Feed Stop is output. In addition, the 2nd software limit switch is monitored in Automatic.
