代码 700232: Tool data getting checked

A check of the tool data is currently being made. Feed Stop Read-in enable missing. On switching to "Automatic" operating mode, all tool data is read and compared with the basic data (+ tolerance) and monitored. If the machine is in "Automatic" operating mode and the control is switched on, the tool data is also read and checked. This monitoring is optional and can be deactivated with a PLC machine parameter. On output of a T - call, the data of the tool called is also checked. If a tool is changed by "hand", "Manual TC" active and "Basket upwards" activated, the data of this tool will be checked. If the tool data has been read without fault, the machine immediately runs on further. The length 1; radius 1 of cutting edge 1, the length 1 (if necessary); radius 1 of cutting edge 2 and whether a tool is broken are checked. If a discrepancy is found, an error message appears.
