Code 700241: Tool engaged in wrong position spindle (1)

During the tool clamping operation, the "Tool positioned and engaged" sensor does not signal. The tool to be changed in is declared as a "positioned tool" in the tool management system. If the signals are OK again within a certain monitoring time, the machine continues to run again immediately. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops and the error has to be acknowledged. Strategy procedure: Several attempts are made to engage the tool "positioned". If, after this attempt, "positioned" engagement is still unsuccessful, the machine stops. Read-in blocking and feed stop. 1. Press [RESET] key. Program will be aborted. 2. Check the tool square face under the spindle (chips etc.). 3. Change tool in again. 4. In manual input mode, first change in another tool, and then the positioned tool again. 5.
