A tool change is pending, but a tool is clamped in the spindle which was inserted by hand previously. "Tool clamped" monitoring function detects that a tool is clamped in the spindle, although this is not allowed. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. Desired function is not executed. 1. Remove tool manually from the spindle. 2. If despite this message there is no tool in the spindle, the “tool clamped monitoring system“ must be checked. 3. Once the malfunction has been remedied, press [RESET] key Message is cleared.
