Code 701152: Tool not inserted correctly (loading place)

A tool was inserted in the loading position incorrectly. During the automatic magazine check, it was detected that a tool was not correctly inserted. During the automatic magazine check, it was detected that a tool is present, but the corresponding bit for "Tool place correctly occupied" was not set. It is not possible to move the tool magazine. The direction key indicator lights [traverse tool magazine] are blinking. Error messages Tool change Tool not inserted correctly (loading place) 1. Check whether the tool at the loading position is "correctly" in the tool magazine 2. Check whether the tool magazine is in position. If the tool has been removed, the indicator lights [traverse tool magazine] are permanently illuminated as soon as the magazine is in position. 3. Check the proximity switch "tool correctly inserted (loading position)" and the PLC input signal. 4. Check the ultrasonic sensor "magazine place vacant (loading position)" and the PLC input signal. Possible combinations: Tool removed: Magazine place free = 1 + tool correctly inserted = 0 Tool inserted: Magazine place free = 0 + tool correctly inserted = 1 5. Once the switches signal correctly again, the movement command for the tool magazine is enabled again. 6. Additional check for analogue sensor at the tool loading position: check the analogue sensor and the analogue evaluation unit!
