Official Troubleshooting Steps
The command "Tool arm up" was output, but there is no response from the sensor. PLC input signal "Tool arm up“ is not present. If the signals are OK again within a certain monitoring time, the machine continues to run again immediately. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops and the error has to be acknowledged. Feed stop. Read disable 1. Check the sensors and the PLC input signals "Tool arms up". 2. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [CYCLE START] [FEED START] Message is cleared and the machining program can be continued.
