Official Troubleshooting Steps
A tool change is pending, but the check has shown that a tool is in the changing position which was previously stored into the magazine incorrectly. There is no corresponding bit "Tool place correctly occupied". 1 = Magazine place correctly occupied. 0 = Tool not present or not correctly inserted. As soon as there is a tool in the magazine, the corresponding bit "Magazine place correctly occupied" must be set in addition. The tool change is stopped and is not carried out further. 1. Tool change must be aborted. 2. Move to home position with the [TOOL CH HOME POS.] key. 3. In manual mode, move the corresponding magazine place to the loading position and check. 4. The tool must be removed and then stored in correctly.
