Code 700731: Replace coolant of cooling unit

The Chiron Siemens-Control CNC has triggered a critical Replace coolant of cooling unit alarm. Immediate attention from a qualified operator or maintenance technician is required to prevent secondary damage to the equipment or spoiled parts during the manufacturing cycle. Always ensure standard safety and LOTO procedures are followed before accessing electrical cabinets.
Official Troubleshooting Steps
Service for the cooling medium of the cooling unit is due. The cooling medium must be exchanged. After 12 months, this service is due at the first of the month. On the first two days, only a warning is displayed. Starting from the 3rd day, Feed Stop after every end of program ( M30 or change work area/table side) To keep working on a short-term basis, the operator can acknowledge "Feed Stop" with the key [FEED START] but "Feed Stop" reappears immediately once the program ends. The service must be carried out and confirmed by authorized personnel according to the "Filling Instructions". (See section....
