Official Troubleshooting Steps
"Clamp tool" is pending, but the pressure on the tool clamping hydraulic unit was not reached within 1 second. PLC input signal "Tool clamped [P]" is missing. This means the unclamping piston still has contact with the spindle. Spindle enable is cancelled. Read disable, Feed Stop and Spindle Stop 1. Check hydraulic unit system pressure. 2. Check "Tool clamped [P]" sensor and the PLC input signal. 3. Check the PLC output signal and the actuations "Clamp tool" and "Unclamp tool". 4. Press [FEED START] key. Message is cleared.
