The respective tool arms on which the lubricating system is integrated must be entered in the PLC machine data. PLC-MD 14510[45] = Lubrication 1, tool arm PLC-MD 14510[46] = Lubrication 2, tool arm Input value 0 = There is no lubrication via tool arm. 2. Once the tool arms are correctly defined, switch the control off with the [Control OFF] key. Message is cleared. The machine data is monitored for the following input: The input value of the tool arm is greater than the "number of tool places".
