Official Troubleshooting Steps
Air filter dirty. "Electrostatic air filter OK" sensor has responded. PLC input signal "Electrostatic air filter OK" is not registered. Machining stop after the end of the program. Feed Stop and Spindle Stop Coolant Off End of program with M02, M30 or change work area/table side. Exhaust fan remains switched on. 1. Clean air filter. 2. Check PLC input signal "Electrostatic air filter OK". 3. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START]: Message is cleared.
