After switching on the exhaust fan, the flow control device is monitored at signal state (1) after a short delay time. Feed Stop Spindle Stop 1. Check the setting of the flow control device. 2. Check the PLC input signal "Flow control device, exhaust fan (1)/(2)“. 3. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START]: Message is cleared.
