Official Troubleshooting Steps
Filter elements contaminated. "Exhaust fan, filter monitor prewarning for monitoring the filter elements" sensor has responded. PLC input signal "Exhaust fan, filter monitoring prewarning" is not registered. Machining stop after the end of the program. Feed Stop Spindle Stop Coolant Off (Program end with M02, M30 or change work area / table side) Exhaust fan remains switched on. Cause 2: 1. Clean filter elements. 2. Check PLC input signal "Exhaust fan, filter monitoring prewarning". 3. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START]: Message is cleared.
