"Oil/air lubrication, vacuum suction nozzle valve on" was actuated, but there was no response from the "Oil/air lubrication, vacuum suction nozzle negative pressure available" sensor within 5 seconds. The early warning has no effects at first. Machining can continue for up to another 100 hours. The malfunction must be remedied within 100 hours. Otherwise, a malfunction message appears: Check the following components: 1. The filter of the oil/air lubrication (contamination). 2. The actuation of the "Oil/air lubrication, vacuum suction nozzle valve on" valve. 3. The PLC input signal and the "Oil/air lubrication, vacuum suction nozzle negative pressure available" sensor (sensor setting). 4. The functionality of the Venturi nozzle.
