Official Troubleshooting Steps
The filling level on the oil/air lubrication unit is at the minimum. The "Oil/air lubrication, oil filling level available" signal is not present. No effect on the oil/air lubrication After the end of the program (M30, work area change), the program is disabled from restarting. Read disable, Feed Stop and Spindle Stop 1. Check the following components: The filling level on the oil/air lubrication unit. The PLC input signal "Oil/air lubrication, oil filling level available". 2. Press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Machining can be continued until the next end of program, etc. Now it is up to the operator to decide when he fills up the oil and remedies the malfunction.
