Official Troubleshooting Steps
During collection of a tool from one of the magazines using the tool loader the tool gripper was closed, but there was no tool in it. The PLC input signal "No tool in tool gripper" is still present. The tool change procedure is stopped. 1. Check why no tool is in the tool gripper, although one should be there. 2. Check the place allocation in the tool management. 3. Check sensor and PLC input signal "No tool in the tool gripper". 4. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared.
