Official Troubleshooting Steps
Both sensors "Tool gate fixation fixed" and "Tool gate fixation released" signalled at the same time. Tool loader functions are stopped immediately. 1. Check PLC input signal "Tool gate fixation fixed". 2. Check PLC input signal "Tool gate fixation released". 3. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared.
