PLC machine parameter 14512[22]Bit1 is set to 0. ( "Without positioning cylinder for the tool identification system".) Monitoring responds if at least one PLC input signal of the tool identification system (home position / working position) is registered. Feed Stop for the background magazine. Tool gripper function not possible. 1. Set the PLC machine parameter according to the machine equipment. 2. Check input in the PLC machine parameter. 3. If the error persists, check the PLC input signals from the tool identification system (home position / working position) for faulty wiring. 4. As soon as the machine parameter has been changed, an NCK Reset must be carried out. 5. Once the malfunction has been remedied, press [RESET] key Message is cleared.
