The float switch "Coolant level super-clean water minimum" registers minimum for about five minutes. If the super-clean water tank is not filled within this period, an alarm will be output. Feed Stop after end of program (Program end with M02, M30 or change work area / table side) Activation of the 2nd coolant pump (M6.1) is switched off (motor + valves). 1. Check the reverse flow filter (contamination). 2. Check float switch "Coolant level super-clean water MIN" and the PLC input signal. 3. Check the filling of the super-clean water tank. 4. Once the float switch signals OK again (signal state = 1), press one of the following keys: [CYCLE START] [DELETE ERROR] Message is acknowledged and the machining program can be continued. 5. Switch to manual mode. 6. Press [RESET] key. Message is cleared and the coolant pump (high pressure) starts up again to fill the super-clean water tank. Changeover to operating mode "JOG" and actuating the [RESET] key deletes the error and the coolant pump (high pressure) is reactivated to fill the super-clean water tank. The super-clean water tank is filled up over a bypass pipe in the second coolant pump (M6. 1 ). Error messages Cooling lubrication RSF60 filter dirty
