After switching off the coolant, the flow control device is monitored at signal state [0] after a short delay time. Monitoring takes place as soon as no Rapid feed (G00) is active. Feed Stop / Spindle Stop 1. Check the setting of the flow control device and the coolant flow. 2. Check the PLC input signal “flow control device, coolant high pressure (1)“. 3. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START]: Message is cleared. The delay time variable for monitoring during switch-off is set to 5 seconds by default.
